3 I really appreciated the gratitude challenge. It made me feel very appreciative of those different aspects of life. I felt in touch with myself and the life I experience. After completing day 5 today, I felt proud of myself for taking time to be positive when I know I can be negative a lot. This exercise helped me know there is a lot to feel positive about, and I just need to train my brain to see positivity as well. That is necessary. I can be positive too. Thank you Take 2 Minutes!
